2018 FELIA - Nanjing

FELIA 2018

Thirty students from across the eighteen consortium partners took part in the second Future Engineers’ Leadership and Innovation Academy (FELIA) event hosted by Southeast University, Nanjing, China in November 2018.

The students were involved in a two week programme that provided academic and industrial involvement, further supported by a Mini MBA business programme. The technical programme was prepared jointly with world-class EE companies which provided team-building activities across a range of engineering disciplines based on actual industry requirements. Topics included in the Mini MBA programme, delivered by Queens’ University staff, were Leadership, Strategy and Markets, Finance Essentials, Working in Global Teams and analysis of various case studies.
