Starting Outdoor Dad was a chance for me to fall in love again with the outdoors - and encourage others to do the same

I've always been a fan of the outdoors, but getting to show the connection with positive mental health to others has been a fantastic bonus

Enda Young is a Programme Director at the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute. He is a highly experienced facilitator and trainer who specialises in negotiation, mediation and experiential learning. Enda set up OutdoorDadNI to promote the benefits of the outdoors in terms of mental health and positivity. Enda is a Trustee of the Suicide Prevention Charity, Lighthouse, and is a co-founder and director of FactCheckNI.
