Most of us know when we don’t feel great mentally or physically. Most of us don’t ask for help, even when we really need it. Stop the stigma and reach out for support. We’re here to help you be well.Watch the Video
Student & Staff mental health and wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility. In recent years we have made significant improvements in support & resources for students & staff, but we have much more to do.
Over the next number of months, we will work alongside you – our students & staff – to co-create our #QUBeWell Framework.
No matter what you are going through, there are people at Queen’s who can help. Don’t suffer in silence. Get in touch – we’re here to help you be well.
Choosing themes that are important and relevant to you
The #QUBeWell Team have identified four main themes for the 2022/23 academic year that are based on a combination of our four key pillars, and what is important to our students' wellbeing at this time. These are:
1. Suicide Prevention.
2. Building a Sense of Community, Belonging & Identity.
3. Cost of Living Crisis.
4. Training & Awareness-Raising.

We know how difficult the last year has been for you, and we want you to know that support is available
The world can feel like a scary place at the moment, but at Queen's, we want to empower you to be well. Whether you are a student, or staff member, support is available whatever you are going through.
That's why we are seeking to develop our #QUBeWell Mental Health & Wellbeing Framework - to support you.
Support is available. We're here to help you be well.
We recognise that the ongoing Covid-19 situation may be having a negative impact on your mental health & wellbeing.
Staying connected and keeping a routine can be effective ways to support your wellbeing, and remind you of the hope for the future.
You are not alone, reach out and get support. We’re here to help you be well.
