QUBeWell

Here to help you be well.

#QUBeWell is our whole‑university approach to mental health and wellbeing. Research and sector guidance show that when an entire institution works together, it is more effective in improving wellbeing, breaking down stigma, and helping people access support when they need it. At Queen’s, teams from across the University collaborate to make sure students and staff feel connected, supported and able to thrive.

Themes for 2025-26

Choosing themes that are important and relevant to you

The #QUBeWell Team have identified four main themes for the 2025/26 academic year that are based on a combination of our four key pillars, and what is important to our students' wellbeing at this time. These are:

1. Connection and Belonging
2. Training and Education
3. Movement
4. Data and Research
