Field Trips

During the summer members enjoy field trips led by experienced archaeologists.  Each year there are usually two local evening trips, two full day trips, a weekend trip to an Irish county and a one week study tour to the continent or Bristish mainland.  (Additional fees apply).

Numbers are limited on many of the trips. Further details will be announced through the Newsletter, emails and at lectures. This year's trips include:

Monday 15th June (evening) - Visit to Whitehouse

Saturday 4th July (day) -  South Derry Heritage Tour

Monday 27th July (evening) - Visit to Carrickfergus Museum

Saturday 22nd August (day) -  Tour  of the NW coastal area (Ballykelly & Magilligan)
