QGI Professorial and Academic Progression Workshops

QGI held Professorial and Academic Progression Workshops on 9 January and 11 January 2024.

Academic Progression Workshop

The QGI annual Academic Progression workshop was held on Tuesday 9 January 2024.  All female academics were invited, including those who are currently on probation and there was an excellent attendance at this event.  The workshop was to enable learning about the Academic Progression process and career planning.

Speakers included Professor Margaret Topping (Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Global Engagement) and Claire Owens (QGI Data Analyst).  Attendees also heard from colleagues who had been successful in the Academic Progression process.
